Midcentury Danish easy chair in teak by Svend Aage Eriksen for Glostrup 1960s
This easy chair is designed by Svend Aage Eriksen and manufactured by Glostrup in Denmark in the 1960s. There is a label by the manufacturer. The design of the backrest and armrests is very refined. The visible black metal connectors are a typical design feature. The connections between solid wooden parts at the front of the armrests are very beautiful. The frames are in solid teak. We have reupholstered the chair with new high quality cushions in cold foam and a beautiful good quality beige fabric with plenty of texture by De Ploeg. The supports under the seating cushions are original and good to use. This easy chair is in very good condition due to our own workshop with over 35 years of experience with wood treatments.
